Two synagogues can be found in Debrecen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The orthodox synagogue in P\u00e1sti street<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Built in 1880 in an eclectic style, it is today a cultural centre. It was planned by local architect Jen\u0151 Berger. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The synagogue in K\u00e1poln\u00e1s street<\/strong> was erected in 1909 in a mourish style. It serves as the synagogue during holidays. Or is currently closed due to renovation. We found different information, but could not check due to Sunday being closed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was planned by the Laszlo brothers L\u00e1szl\u00f3-testv\u00e9rek.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Sundays, both areas are closed so we could not get any further information. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The famous neolog synagogue planned by Jakob Gartner does not exist any more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
